“There is a serene and settle majesty to woodland scenery that enters into the soul and delights and. elevates it, and fills it with noble inclinations.”
- Washington Irving (American Author 1783 - 1859)
Sometimes, I think to myself “Cass, you’re just a little bit quirky, you know that?”. And other times I shrug the thought off as being too… what’s the nicest way to describe it… conformist. Yes, in considering myself to be quirky at times I do think I’m a little on the conformist side. Because who, really, wouldn’t like to consider themselves quirky or eclectic. Apart from the sheep who follow the crowd, that is.
Even then you get the crowd following sheep who like to think that they’re original (certainly everyone is different), but are instead conforming to a certain cliche. Its hard to be truly original, and I make not claims towards my own originality, or quirkiness or that I’m even eclectic. So I’ll let people judge that for themselves.
To summarise myself as briefly as possible: I’m a di(c)e-loving, tea-obsessed RPG-geek, totally in love with food in every aspect who enjoys getting dirty down the family farm, or curling up with a good book. Oh and I love hats. Obsessed, really. And rain, love late autumn best. I’m a bit of a homebody in that (if I was granted the means to live the life I -want- to) I love nothing more than being a housewife.
That’s brief, of course, but there is a lot more to me

Hey, you moved your blog into the website. ^_^
I didn’t want to, but our ISP doesn’t support PHP or MySQL unless you pay extra for it. Which is rubbish.
And cos I wanted it to be primarily a blog, I decided - eh, can’t upload the stuff to westnet, I’ll just have it here
Hi, i just stumbled upon your blog and thought i would say hi.
I live in WA (Perth) myself, have been living here for almost a year now… and am recovering from depression and coping with my emotional issues/borderline personality disorder. I loved The Hobbit.
I also love tea… although today i’m drinking a starwberrymango infusion tea… which is interesting… but i don’t love it. Anyway, i will read along if that is okay. Jaimi
That’s fine
Tea sort of…. creeps up on you as a love. Starts with experimenting and then turns into the desire to try other flavours… kinda gets its claws in after awhile and doesn’t let go.
Hope to hear from you soon ^_^
(although I make no promises at all, that you’ll find anything interesting! hehehe)
