On Saturday Sam and I had friends over for dinner – apparently my bruschetta was a big hit and there are people who would like the recipe. So here it is =)
Ingredients
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Thyme
- Mushrooms
- Soya Sauce
- White Onion
- Red Onion
- Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh Bruschetta bread
- Garlic olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Finely dice the white onion and garlic. Chop the mushrooms roughly and cook the mix in the frying pan until the onion turns clear. Add a splash of Soya Sauce to the pan and stir thoroughly.
- Dice the tomato and red onion, along with the fresh herbs. Add them all to the frying pan and cook for a further 1 minute, until all ingredients are warmed through. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve on fresh bruschetta with garlic olive oil and grated parmesan.
